Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

 If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a paypal email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add @[email protected] to your safe sender list.

 

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

An email will be sent to you once the tracking number is generated. You can enter the tracking number into the usps.com website and it will advise you of the packages whereabouts.

You may receive a tracking number after normal business hours or during the weekend. That means your order has been packed and will be shipped the next business day. Please check the tracking number after 7pm on the following business day.

Please be sure your mailing address is correct as we may not be able to change your address once the order is completed.


What shipping method do you use?

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) with delivery or signature confirmation. You can track your package here (https://www.usps.com/)

ALL orders take 2-3 BUSINESS days to process before we ship them. We offer first class standard shipping (5-7 business days) Clothing takes an estimated 7-12 BUSINESS  DAYS not including weekends.


How is my order processed?

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed with 24-48 hours after receipt.


What will happen if my package is undeliverable to my address?

First, please check the status of the tracking number provided to you. If it states your package is undeliverable, please email us at [email protected] and we will instruct you on how to proceed. If we get your package in the mail, we will contact you via email to request an updated shipping address so that we can re mail it to you. Please be sure to enter your address in PayPal correctly to avoid delays in receiving your order.


Does GLITZ WRIST ACCESSORIES ship Worldwide?

Yes! We ship Internationally/Worldwide via USPS Priority mail, (Tracking # provided) for pricing contact us.


What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments via PayPal in US Dollars only. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account balances, and bank accounts without sharing your personal information. We also accept credit card payments via stripe.

RETURN POLICY: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

If you received a broken item or something is wrong with your order Please email [email protected] for any other questions or concerns. A representative will respond within 24-36 hours.

 

Why Was My Order Canceled? Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. *LIMITED EDITION ITEMS*

Items that are LIMITED EDITION are only sold 5-10 of them, catch them while available because we won’t bring them back.


*JEWELRY MATERIAL*
Most of our jewelry items are not real GOLD or sterling silver, jewelry may turn color (tarnish) if you spray perfumes, creams, or get it wet.
